Matt Cutts: - Jagger 2 Update Info
OK. For those of you who are watching this sort of thing, we are now in Stage 2 of the Jagger, October Update. There is supposed to be a third and probably final update in another week. You can read what Google engineer, Matt Cutts has to say:

I never saw a Stage 2 of this. Just Stage 1 followed by some sort of rollback. YMMV.
