Every member of the SageRock staff will know about you, your website, and the status of your account. We review the work being done for each and every client at our weekly staff meeting on Friday afternoon. These meetings are where great ideas are hatched for improving ROI on our client's websites. And we know that tapping into each team member's expertise on a weekly basis is what is best for all our partners and SageRock.

You can speak directly to the person doing the technical work or your account representative

Everyone has a different work style and different people prefer different types of interactions with their vendors. We find that oftentimes that clients with technical backgrounds appreciate talking to the team member doing the work on a specific project, whereas sometimes a client with a marketing background wants to only talk with one account manager about the project to keep things more simple. We can work with you however you feel most comfortable -- either by assigning an account manager to your project or making sure you always have access to the technical expert performing work on your site.

We value prompt and clear communication

It is our goal at SageRock to return emails and phone calls within one hour of receiving them. Due to meetings, the occasional sick day, and longer conference calls, this is unfortunately not always possible, but it is our policy to return calls and emails within 24 hours. And if a team member is out of the office for longer than 2 days, all work is assigned to another team member to keep the project on schedule.
