Getting Started with Web Marketing

After looking over our website and requesting more information, if you think SageRock might be a good fit for working with your firm, we’ll create a custom proposal for your website. In order to create this custom proposal, we’d like to speak with you for a few minutes over the phone to learn about your industry, your website, and your online marketing objectives.

We’ll be looking to learn:

How long your site has been online

If you’ve done past online marketing
What audiences you are trying to reach
What the most wanted response or call to action on your website
What you hope to get out of an online marketing campaign
What is the project timeline
If you hope to outsource the entire project or have an SEO firm work with in house staff
Your budget range for the project
If you currently analyze web log data for conversion and usability data
Some technical information about the website

After that conversation, the SageRock technical team will sit down and look over your website. That site review, coupled with the data collected during the above-mentioned call, will help us put together the ideal proposal for your website.

Proposal Acceptance

After we send over the proposal (which will include information about your website’s specific needs, the SageRock strategy for your site, our timeline for the project, and all service and pricing information), we review any questions or concerns you might have and make any alterations needed after hearing your feedback. Once the proposal is constructed exactly as you need it, we will send over a contract outlining the services and defining terms for Work Edits, Non-disclosure, Non-compete, Confidentiality, etc.

Signing a Contract

Upon receiving the signed contract, SageRock will begin work immediately and deliver finished work upon receipt of the deposit payment. Every member of the SageRock staff will know about you, your website, and the status of your account. You can speak directly to the person doing the technical work or we can assign you an account representative.
