Each month here at SageRock we have a contest for the blog post that gets the most traffic in a single day. The winner of the month gets a $25 Amazon gift certificate. And then we give another $25 Amazon gift certificate anytime someone generates the all time most traffic in a single day.
This month’s winner is Greg for WolframAlpha Not Google Killer. On June 12 he got 1177 page views for this post.
This blew out our all time traffic post which happened on May 11 for the same post. He got 464 page views on that day.
What is most interesting is how he is getting his traffic. Both winning days were generated by traffic from StumbleUpon.
Another good showing for the month was by Rocky for the post Skylight Opera Search Marketing Mistake. On June 23 she got 375 views for that post.
Greg’s all time traffic generating post is going to be hard to beat, I think. It will be interesting to see what everyone has up their sleave for this month.

Man, I love that pissing-boy trophy. Others can get all weepy about an Oscar or a Grammy, but I think the Pissin’ Boy beats them both on the coolness scale.
