I have this feeling that Americans today are reconsidering what is valuable to them. 

Things for thing&#039;s sake and money for money&#039;s sake seems hollow. Not only does it feel empty I think it also feels somewhat betraying. This drive for more things and more money has actually lead us down a path that has hurt our fellow citizens and, in many cases, ourselves. 

But using money and things to support a meaningful cause seems to fill that void in a new way. Supporting Cora&#039;s Playground helps that community, helps Cora&#039;s memory and helps the people doing the supporting.

There is a story in those crafts. 

I have been thinking a lot about this topic.
