Bloggers Face $11k FTC Fines For Not Disclosing Paid Endorsements
the post of a blogger who receives cash or in-kind payment to review a product is considered an endorsement. Thus, bloggers who make an endorsement must disclose the material connections they share with the seller of the product or service.
And one of her findings jumped off the page. She said, “Don’t use formatting. Many portal sites don’t accept it. (For the technical folks, we’re talking about XHTML.) Ditch the bullets, the itallics and bold type. It complicates the code and makes it more difficult for your release to be syndicated. ”

The Google Merchant Center will replace Google Base for those who submit products through Google Base.
So what is Google Base for? Well, anything else that you want to submit data to Google. Other data includes upload real estate, jobs and vehicles.
