It’s actually last night at 9:30. This is coming from my phone.
I’ve got to make this short and sweet.
But we are looking for a SageRock assistant.
This is definitely an assistant role.
You would do things like:
* Answer the phone for all incoming calls.
* Return calls and set meetings.
* Keep coffee running for the day.
* Keep the office tidy and organized.
* Handle the mail.
* Greet clients when they come into the office.
* You also need to be proficient at Excel.
* You need to be very comfortable with email and the Google services.
* Good writing skills is a must.
* You have to be very conscientious.
We are a bunch of strategists that need a lot of office support. We need help.
Also, you should know that I’m really into customer service. I’m talking world class customer service. I got it from my Ritz-Carlton days.
You would be the face and voice of SageRock. The face and voice has to be awesome. We are all about awesomeness.
You have to be kind, helpful, nice, friendly. You have to like to smile. You have to be positive.
