Some weeks it seems like every story I come across is fascinating and important. This was one of those weeks.
There’s tons of great updates in the stories below. But the one that takes the cake is: Google Wows Webmasters With New Search Reports with CTR.
This is a HUGE breakthrough in how search marketers think about documenting search listings.
This report shows you a large array of key phrases your site is coming up for. It then shows you how many impressions Google has given you for those phrases. And then, finally, it shows you how much traffic you’ve gotten for them.
This is data that we have never been able to see before.
My biggest recommendation is to go over to your Webmaster Tools account at Google and check it out for yourself. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Be sure to check out all the other impressive news stories too…
